On Hand when MRP are running

During execution of MRP R3483, on hand is not validate properly, because if any company have stock in location witout lots and locations whit lots and the PO tab ON HAND = 1 validate only the stock of location with lots and PO tab ON HAND = Blank only validate stock without lots.

I want to know, if there are any solution that resolve this.
