How to calculate group total for group member individual calculations
                    Our sales rep comp plan has a requirement that the rep's region must have met a  minimum sales revenue threshold before the indivual sales rep can receive commission. Therefore, I need to know the entire region's total sales before I can calculate for each rep; but, I cannot calculate the entire region's total until I have processed each individuals transactions.
                
The sales rep is a member of the region Manager's hierarchy. 
How can I calculate the region's total sales before calculating the commission for each member for that region?
