Creating Check Template: Need ability to lock remittance area/section, check area/section in place o

Currently working on building a template to print checks. The orientation is portrait.

On "back" side of the check the area is divided into thirds. Starting from the top of the page: The top third is the remittance area, the middle third is the actual check, the lower third is the mailing address.

The top third, which is the remittance section, shows the invoices being paid on the check. The remittance section is intended to only display 13 rows of invoice information because of the limited space on the physical sheet the check is printed on. This area can show display a single line with an invoice number on it or up to 13 unique invoice numbers. If the check being paid is paying more than 13 invoices invoices that can't fit on the first page  those invoices that can't fit "overflow" into a second page.
