Loading MDS with Interorg Planned Orders vs Specific MPS

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question
We have a manufacturing Org that supplies several DC Orgs.  We used to supply all of them directly but now one DC is going to be supplied via another DC. 

We always loaded the manufacturing Org's MDS with the DCs' MPS planned orders through a MDS Source List using source type "MPS Planned Order Demand".  I am adding the final DCs MPS demand to the supplying DC but when I do this through "Interorg Planned Orders" nothing gets pulled into the supplying DC's MDS.  What needs to be set-up so that the intermediate DC can act as the source Org for the final DC?
