Is there a document for PC and IE settings for Oracle R12 & R12.1.3 and Windows 7 OS ?

Most of our new PC's/Laptops are being loaded with Window 7 OS.  Is there a document which tells me what the settings on the PC and Internet Explorer settings should be for agents using Oracle R12 or R12.1.3 ?
