Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We installed R12.1.1 using Rapid wiz successfully on Linux. We wanted to upgrade to R12.1.3 and have been following the document 1080973.1

First we applied the required patches on the DB tier successfully following the doucment. The DB version is 11.1.0.7 - > https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&id=761570.1&type=NOT#pathE
Then we upgraded IAS to 10.1.3.5 from 10.1.3.4 - > https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&id=454811.1
Now we are in the process of upgrading the FORMS. The current version of the forms 10.1.2.3. While running the the preparatory patch •Patch 8919489 - R12.TXK.B.Delta.3
