Help!!

I know this is not a new request but the seeded APXNACHA report Oracle provides (and claims meets the national ACH format does) not work for the bank that will accept my ACH file. Our bank requires a carriage return after the 94th character. Through research I've seen this request numerous times here and online and I'm stunned it's not offered standard by Oracle or can't be corrected by an end-user from the front-end. So here's my request:

Can anyone here please help by by explaining how I can update the APXNACHA file or it's output to match my bank's 94 character carriage return requirement without using Oracle Reports or a Unix script but instead just create the fix from the front-end? For example: Can I correct this issue by creating a custom Style?

Howdy, Stranger!
