OTL: BEE Batch Process (Transfer)
BEE Batch Process (Transfer) failure with HR_289716_BEE_PAY_ACT_EXISTS.
The 'Reject if Future Changes' check box is not checked in Batch Element Entry screen for the batch. Pay Batch Headers table has status=T, Batch lines has status=U for the associated with the 'problem batch' lines. There are 2 actions in the actions table for the same batch (Validate and Transfer) - Validate status = completed, Transfer status=E. The lines were actually not transferred into Elements. Goal - to get lines to HR elements. Any input would be helpful.
