BI Publisher Desktop issue after ugraded to MS Word 2010

Hello
My machine was recently upgraded to MS Word 2010 and after that i observed that I am not able to work/open any fields RTF templates...I am getting the attached error message...I even enabled macros but still I am getting the error message...Can anybody let me now how to fix this?
