Oracle Ent. Mgr. 12c Cloud - Mgmt. Agent Excessive CPU/Resource Usage

We have installed OEM 12c Cloud Control on AIX 64 Bit 5.3, 6.1, 7.1.

We are receiving excessive CPU usage ~90% on Agent Java on each Managed Host.

What is causing?

How to resolve?

One is Dev server, the other is production?

Is this a bug that will be fixed when they release Bundle Patch 1 for OEM 12c for AIX?

If so, anyone know of a work-around? We started moving forward after Collaborate to OEM 12c, so far runs slower, eats more resources, than 10g).

Any comments greatly appreciated!
