has anyone seen this before?

Weird - user ran CABIINTFC - and processed 2/4  lines.  The Line/Note lines for the first sequence  processed fine. Only the Line from the second sequence did processed. The Note line did not.

I've compared and updated the Note line to the other line in the iintfc_bi_cmp table and can't find any differences except hte current PI. Any suggestions on how to process the Note line now? the BIIF0001 runs but doesn't pick up anything?
