Error Installing Enterprise Server 9.1 on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 64-bit with SQL Server 2008 Clus

I am attempting to install Enterprise Server on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 64-bit.
I am installing Enterprise Server on a separate machine.  The Database has already been installed and deployed onto a Microsoft SQL server clustered node.  I can connect to the DB fine.  This was accomplished by running the Oracle Installer FROM the Database node and ONLY installing the Database Server.

Scripts were selected to be run manually after the installer completed.  I am now trying to install the Enterprise server on a different machine.

I am getting errors when the Installer tries to connect to the SQL Server instance.  Screen shots are provided in the attachment.

Howdy, Stranger!
