Is it possible to consolidate balances of different Organizations (Business Groups)?

Hi,

I would like to know if EBS R11i can be able to generate balance consolidation in the same book for different Organizations (Business Groups)?

I'm on an implementation and my Client wants to have two different Organizations, one for each country so that they cannot share employees' information between each other but my Client also wants to generate the balance consolidation in only one consolidation book. Can this be possible and does this have any restrictions or considerations?
