LD_LIBRARY_PATH linking issues for Tibco tibrvj.jar

Hi,
We are seeing the very strange issue on the Solaris 10 SPARC platform for Tibco java applications.  What we understand from Tibco support is "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" is not taking effect in linking the tibrvj.jar file.  This issue is noticed on the OS release "Oracle Solaris 10 9/10 s10s_u9wos_14a SPARC".  Also, the server is applied with latest SOlaris10 recommended patch set whcih was release on April-2012.

The error is:

Failed to open Tibrv in NATIVE imple:Failed to open Tibrv in NATIVE imple:
TibrvException[error=901,message=Library not found: tibrvj]
        at com.tibco.tibrv.Tibrv.loadLib(Tibrv.java:474)
