Patch: 3036401 Error relinking libraries: link_ad_5180.mk:604: *** missing separator

I am applying patch 3036401 - Mini-Pack 11i.HZ.L as a pre requisite of patch 12554073.

During the adpatch session I got an error relinking libraries: link_ad_5180.mk:604: *** missing separator.

I was going to apply a patch that required to relink some libraries. The relink failed with the following error:

Starting  link of ad executable 'adadmin.exe' on Thu Jun  7 11:53:57 EDT 2012
e:/ora1/preappl/admin/pre/out/link_ad_5180.mk:604: *** missing separator.  
Stop.
I suppose it could be an issue related to "gnumake" environment but I am not sure
