Installing Oracle Database 11g Release 1 Client (11.1.0.7.0) for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 on Wi

Can Oracle Database 11g Release 1 Client (11.1.0.7.0) for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 be installed on Windows Server 2003?  Oracle Support sent CDs requested to our HP location regarding Oracle 11gR1 client.  However, we soon noticed that label on CDs indicated "Oracle Database 11g Release 1 Client (11.1.0.7.0) for Microsoft Windows Server 2008".   DBA and application teams are not sure if this is compatible with Windows Server 2003 which is what apps are will be running on.  Quite confused because we did not specify platform versions when submitting non-technical SR  (i.e., 2000, 2003, 2008).  What we requested was Oracle 11gR1 Client (11.1.0.7) for Windows 32 and 64 bits.  Can anybody, please, advise at your earliest?  I've re-opened SR, but no reply from Oracle Support at this point.  We'd highly appreciate it.
