When should wsh_pick_slip_v return 'UNPICKED' rows?

When should wsh_pick_slip_v return 'UNPICKED' rows?

The reason I'm asking is because we have a custom pick slip which we also use as a delivery docket. The pick slip not only displays items to be picked but also items which are on backorder (i.e. zero to pick).

We are on 11.5.10.2 and applied extended support patches. Since then, the rows which are on backorder are not displaying. I assume the extended support patches have changed a view or table somewhere but I'm having trouble locating the problem.

Any ideas?
