Patch 13580080: unable to compile ZHT version of form MSCFPCSC.fmx

Applied Patch 13580080.

US version of form MSCFPCSC.fmx

ZHT forms do not re-compile and they throw FRM-41053 error.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

msc forms/ZHT MSCFPCSC.fmx
msc forms/ZHT MSCFPPSC.fmx



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms objects.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No

Contradicting to the above observation:

Adworker.log shows the below:
