Patch 13416897: Results in Invalid Package PSA_AP_BC_PVT.

Issue:

Patch 13416897 was applied successfully.

It resulted in the below invalid object.

OBJECT_NAME

PSA_AP_BC_PVT

When trying to recompile the package, it resulted in the below error.
