Blanket Purchase Agreement

A Blanket purchase agreement is for a multi-year term contract for 3 years from 2012 to 2015 for the amount of S$300,000. For the current year, an amount of S$100,000 is encumbered using amount to encumber under encumbrance tab while creating the BPA. May I know how the funds will be encumbered for the next year? Do I need to query the BPA again and change the amount to encumber and GL date under encumbrance tab?
