Patch 8555411: Procurement (prc_pf) : Unable to get the database connection using schema username/pa

Hi,
Issue: While applying patch 8555411 getting following error:

Unable to get the database connection using schema username/passwordIo exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=169870336)(ERR=12514)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12514)(EMFI=4))))

Cause:

TWO_TASK is set to service name instead of instance name.
