Patch 3653484: Financials (fin_pf): ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

Hi,
Issue: Applying patch 3653484 fails with the following:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/finuat/uat/finuatappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/arhlstg1.sql &un_ar
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at line 306

Cause: The Objects already exists.
