CC12c agent manual installed Metric Evaluation Error

Dear Friends,

i have an OMS server 12 BP1 on OEL 5.8 and i installed manually an Linux agent on an different host. after successfully install of the agent i can see the new host target in CC.
But always i see "Metric evaluation error start - unable to connect to the agent at https://stbdb1.robert.de:3872/emd/main/ [Connection refused]"

but a wget from OMS server to client:
wget --no-check-certificate https://stbdb1.robert.de:3872/emd/main/
works fine

also vice versa from client to OMS server.

emctl status agent -secure reports also everything is secure and ok...

Please could you give me an advice what "connection is refused"? did i miss something to configure ? do you have a hint for me..?
