workbook title bar missing

Hi All,reading the rpas user guide 13.3 I notice that there is the "workbook titile bar" on the top of the screen close to domain name. But in my solution (in italian ) I always found "senza titolo", that is ""no title". (se screenshot)
what parameters of workbook is this title on configuration tool? "User label" is obviusly right set.
