ICD issue: None of the Elements are getting displayed in the LOV when logged on with the Employee Se
As part of our implementation, we have configured the ICD (Induvidual Compensatin Distribution ) module , for the Employees to log on with the Employee Self Service and request the respective elements, which will be paid to them.
We have created the Elements, Element Links, and have created the Plans and the Plan types as well, through the Quick Set up menu via the HR professional responsibility . We were able to see the elements getting listed in the LOV, when we tested with the new employees that we created in the instance , when logged with the employee self service.
Now the issue, is, for already existing employees, we are not able to see the elements getting listed in the LOV, it is empty. We are surpriced to see , why this issue is happening only for the existing employees (those whoes data is already in the system). and this is not the case with the New employees that we have created .
