R12.1.3 what is equivalent of built/format/confim function exclusions in R12

Hi

In 11i we have "Payment Batches Format" sub-function which can be added under Menu Exclusions for a responsibility, so that users with that responsibility can't format the payment batches.

i wanted to know whether there is an equivalent way to restrict what users can do for PPR? i.e. whether users can create PPR or submit PPR or Update PPR or Format PPR etc.
