Lead and Opportunity fields - what fields are other people using
We have been using CRM On Demand for a while, but due to organisational changes,are now looking again at processes and information currently being captured. I have been asked for some examples of the fields other people are using for Leads and Opportunities input forms. Would anyone be happy to share a view or list of fields they use to capture information for Leads and Opportunities?
