How to identify my current ATG Patchset version?

Ref.: Oracle® E-Business Suite Upgrade Guide Release 11i to 12.1.1 Part No. E16342-04Page 45: Applications Technology Tasks => Step 1: Convert Oracle Alert E-mail Processing to the Workflow Notification Mailer (conditional)

I am not able to identify current EBS Techstack Patchset that have been applied.

 Sql statements from "How to check, which EBS Techstack Patchsets have been applied on 11i or Release 12.0.x ? (Doc ID 390864.1)" doesn't return any rows.

How to identify my current ATG Patchset version?
