Whilst applying patch 9094950, there was a failure in compiling FNDSCSGN.fmx

From the logfile:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

fnd     forms/US        FNDSCSGN.fmx

Compilation error on package body SOCKET_LISTENER:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 62, column 23
