Patch 7461070: R12.AD.B.1 : While running pre-requistie Step running adgrants.sql fails

Hi,
Issue: While running pre-requistie Step running adgrants.sql fails while applying Patch 7461070

Warning: Package Body created with compilation errors.

Testing for correct installation                                                
PACKAGE sys.DBMS_PROFILER - missing or invalid                                 


Cause: adgrants.sql in NATIVE mode

SQL> DESC DBMS_PROFILER;
ERROR:
ORA-24372: invalid object for describe
