F01111 Contact Information Table not updating when entering emergency contact information

I am trying to add emergency contact information into our system for all employees.  We just upgraded to JDE 9, and now I seem to be having problems with the F01111 being updated with what I have entered.  I have tried to run the R01010z and R01110z with no success.  Can anyone out there help?
