"Asset Category not defined for your Asset Book " error

Hi,While I am trying to run the concurrent program, Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets, it is throwing the error, Asset Category PK BUILDING-UNASSIGNED is not defined for your Asset Book OPS CORP

The issue is the item that I am trying to transfer is tied to an asset category PK BUILDING-UNASSIGNED which is assigned to the asset book  PK CORP BOOK.

Hence I am not sure where from it is picking up the asset book OPS CORP and why it is asking to include the PK BUILDING-UNASSIGNED in the OPS CORP asset book. I checked the profile option CSE: Book Type Code,but looks like that is not the issue.
