Delivery closed for an order line but unassigned from the order later and the item moved to staging

Hi All:

After ship confirming a delivery, the order did not get shipped, the item was moved from finished goods to staging sub-inventory. Now, the delivery is unassigned from the order and the order shows back ordered in shipping transactions.

We see a reservation for 1 quantity of the item against a cycle count where as we don't use cycle count and a reservation for quantity: 1 against this order too. It's a manufactured item and the part was manufactured to ship against this order but now the on-hand is showing as 1 and ATT: 0.

We need to move it back to the Finished Goods sub-inventory so that we can create a delivery again and ship it.
