EBS db administration

 I used to be core dba. Now I am about to be EBS apps dba. I have some questions for all the expert apps dba out there. I heard that the db administration is going to be a little restricted for ebs than the standalone database. Besides the change password, statistic collection and triggers are different or cannot be done in sqlplus or any other database tool, what are other things I need to pay attention to? The dos and donts for apps dba?
Also, there are so many guide out there for oracle EBS. I am a relative slow reader and have reading problem. Is there any audio book out there for the EBS apps dba available?
