How to identify cause of Hard Parse Due to Parse Errors

Hi all,
My enterprise manager grid control 11 is displaying "Hard Parse Due to Parse Errors" for one of the monitored target database. Can anyone please help and tell me what are further steps to reach exact cause of the problem.
