Urgent Apex creates excessive sessions and causes ORA-00018 ! ! !

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem and need Guru advices to solve it. The fact is, even after increasing the SESSIONS parameter (300 to 700) APEX continues to create sessions and causes this error ORA-00018.

The application was running correctly for months and suddenly we got this issue some days ago. No additional apps have been developed.

Can someone help me?
