Indexes (I_SEQ1,I_SYN1,I_SYN2) unusable state

Hi,
We have a database with size of nearly 1TB. 

It was working fine and there was no issues reported recently on it. Suddenly, we found that, there are three UNUSABLE SYS indexes are present in database. We have not moved any segments of SYS as it is a unsupported activity .

Database Version : 11.2.0.3

OS: Oracle Linux.

Indexes :
1) I_SYN1
2) I_SYN2
3) I_SEQ1

Is it because of database corruption or a bug?

Can we rebuild these indexes? whether it will cause any problem later on?
