material transaction showing three rows against one sales order line

 Hi,
I have one sales order line,book the order,pick release,transact warehouse(move order),ship confirm and invoice created.When i check the entries in material transaction,there are three rows showing.2 against Sales Order Pick and one line Sales order issue.

Why it is repeating two lines against sales order pick transaction type?
