plan status field not showing in OIC 12.1.3?

Hi,

in the documentation there is a plan status field which I believe you can change to enable the plan to become active but unless you change this plan status the plan cannot be used.

I am not talking about the generation/update status which goes from incomplete to complete once all is in place

There is another field shown as plan status and it is currently not showing on the plan maintenance screens, any ideas on this?
