Benefit Group Selections Amount field not Reflecting Change
Q: Changed the rate on a DBA attached to a benefit plan but the new rate is not showing in Benefit Group Selections or DBA Instructions. Why is the new rate not reflected?
A: The benefit plan has options and when a rate is changed on an option DBA, the program Recalculate Option Costs on menu G08B3 needs to be run. After this job runs, the new rate will be reflected in Benefit Group Selections and on the employee's DBA Instructions.
