OAF Extending a View Object

Hello-

Is there a way to add a column to a table that will pull in a value without modifying the View Object?

For example:
The requirement is to add the item "Locator" field to the Asset BOM "results" table in EAM self service page.  The "Locator" is not in the EamAssetBomVO.  Is there any work around to achieve this desired result without modifying to View Object?
