Service Request Submissions?

 Hello,
We are Taleo Learn customers using the Learn.com LMS system.  We are now attempting to submit Service Requests to Oracle through Oracle Support and are wondering what to choose from the list of options.  

We see "Taleo Learn Cloud Service" as an option to submit a service request.  We assume this is the option we are supposed to use but want to make sure so we know our service request will get appropriately responded to.  Are there any other options for "Taleo Learn" customers?  Or is this the appropriate option to select for issues with our LMS (Taleo Learn).
