preparations for HRMS Family Pack RUP 7 patch 12807777


want to verify that patch 9535311 is a real prerequsite for the RUP and that the (already applied) patch 9023773 cannot stand in for the patch 9535311.  
My concern is that there appears to be multiple issues with this patch 9535311 and it appears that we gained all of the autoconfig template information with the application of 9023773.  Can you please verify that we need to apply patch 9535311, and help us to identify possible issues with it.
