US PAY: Tax Levy

Hello,

A while ago I received a tax levy for one of our employees.  Today I received a "partial" release of that levy.  Now it says I am to withhold any wages over $2507.08 per pay period instead of the normal amount set by the IRS based on deductions.  I am not sure how to set that up so that Oracle will calculate it correctly.  I do not see any fields that I can put that amount in.  The Minimum and Maximum will not work because this employees hours vary every payroll.    If anybody has any ideas on how to handle
