Available qty shows different values in Oracle form and Telnet system.

 On hand quantity and availability of an item are shown correct (i.e. x) in the system. But shown incorrect in the telnet system (i.e. 0 qty) Because of this we are unable to do sub-inventory transfer using telnet systems.
