patch 9044638 on AS 10g - 10.1.2.3 - EBS R12.1.3: ERROR: OPatch failed as verification of the patch

We are facing problem when applying patch 9044638 on AS 10g - 10.1.2.3 - EBS R12.1.3
There is a problem on ORACLE Receivables , and the solution is the application of patch 9044638 as stated on note 873720.1

We uploaded the steps we performed on patch  application
and we uploaded the application log.
