BUG Patch 8118031: SU Patch [F877]: SAF stop forwarding messages when receiving domain server / serv

Hi

We've a WLI clustered domain, on top of WLS10.0MP2 ( domain A ).  On that domain, a SAF is deployed, which forwards messages to another 10.0MP2 WLI domain that is on another box. (domain

When any of the managed servers on Domain B are shutdown and restarted, SOMETIMES, the SAF agents on the domain A, stops to forward messages to domain B at all..... 

It should transmimt to the other managed servers that are UP,  but not, the SAF is STUCK.

I think i'm hitting bug 8118031, but i don't know in which version of Weblogic Server this issue has been solved. there's only a patch for Weblogic Server 9.2 available for download.
