Legacy data behavior if Secondary ledger is opened from today

 Hi Experts,
  I had a concern about the legacy data or open transactions in primary books. If secondary ledger is open from today, will the open transactions of primary ledger of past transactions on adjustment / paid / reverse of the same (when secondary ledger was not present) will flow in secondary ledger or not.

If not, how can this issue be resolved.
