SR owner is incorrectly set to IB preferred engineer.
We have auto-assignment set up for SR owners and Task owners. We had some problems, but I think we have most of them out of the way. One issue persist though: if a Service Request is created with an IB-instance which has a preferred engineer associated, the wrong owner is selected.
Upon pressing the assignment manager button, the only selectable resource is, say, "person A". Seems to work fine, because we set that person up in Territory Management. We usually don't manually select the resource via AM, but we let the system take care of it. So no selecting is done, the owner-field stays empty!
