Unable to view Transaction Source (Move Order from General Ledger Drill Down option)

I have copied the General Ledger Super User Responsibility and made a new responsibility; everything else is working OK; but when i try DRILL DOWN option in my customized responsibility and click 'View Transaction' (on the web form) i receive the error 'FRM-40735: POST-QUERY TRIGGER RAISED UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ORA-01403'
kindly help
